A window and skylight clean for a 4-bed end-of-terrace house.

James got in touch via a referral.

He had recently parted ways with his window cleaner as he felt that the windows still looked dirty after a clean. Also, the cleaner was not able to clean his skylights and back upstairs windows.

We used our pure water reach and wash system, where the pure water does its magic without the need for any soaps or detergents.

The first clean was tough as the windows had not been cleaned in long. The frames took time due to mould build-up. We did a 2-step clean where we clean each frame twice before moving onto the glass.

For ground-floor windows, we start by using a brush to sweep away the debris from the frames and cement window arches. We also used our toothbrush hack to get the stubborn bits from the corners out.

We then give then wipe the frames and sills with a microfiber cloth to remove any dirt that might have been caused by drops coming from the above frame being cleaned.

The first clean took long which is normal for first cleans. We’re never willing to sacrifice quality for speed.

Whilst it was not booked in, we couldn’t face leaving without cleaning the front door roof arch and frames. We used a brush, sponge, microfibre cloth and pure water from the waterfed pole.

James and Rose were extremely happy with the result and appreciative that we went the extra mile.

They have since decided to book us for a regular 6-weekly plan.
