Window Clean – Kendal Avenue, Epping, Essex

Kate came to us via a referral. They had not yet cleaned the windows since they moved into the house three years prior.

She was concerned about the risk of cleaning as they have older-style wooden window frames. We put her mind at ease by explaining that pure water is the best way to clean these as it uses zero soaps or chemicals and that we have a soft bristle brush purpose-built for these frames.

We used our pure water reach and wash system, where the pure water does its magic without the need for any soaps or detergents.

The first clean was tough as the windows had not been cleaned in long. Many of the windows had old wooden frames with dirt buildup in the gaps. We did a 2-step clean where we clean each frame and sill twice before moving onto the glass.

For ground-floor windows, we start by using a brush to sweep away the debris from the frames, sills and cement window arches. We also used our toothbrush hack to get the stubborn bits from the corners out.

The first clean took long which is normal for first cleans. We’re never willing to sacrifice quality for speed.

The results were excellent, and Kate decided to book us on a regular plan to keep her windows consistently clean and well-maintained.
