Window Clean – Coopersale Common, Epping, Essex

A window and skylight clean for a 4-bed semi-detached house with a separate annexe and gym.

James got in touch after seeing our van. He had a window cleaner, but they’d arrive sporadically without communication. The payment was also tough.

James wanted to use a company where he knew exactly what to expect, clear communication and easy payment.

He chose our 4-weekly plan to have the windows always be clean and well maintained.

We used our pure water reach and wash system, where the pure water does its magic without the need for any soaps or detergents.

The first clean was tough as the windows had not been cleaned in long. Many of the windows had old wooden frames with dirt buildup in the gaps.

We did a 2-step clean where we clean each frame and sills twice before moving onto the glass.

Ground floor window frames and sills, we start by using a brush to sweep away the debris from the frames and cement window arches.

We also used our toothbrush hack to remove the stubborn bits from the corners.

We then give then wipe the frames and sills with a microfiber cloth to remove any dirt that might have been caused by drops coming from the above frame being cleaned.

The separate annexe, gym and oddly positioned windows gave us odd angles to manage and required the ladder.

The first clean took us close to three hours, in part because we decided to clean the gutters and fascia’s at the front of the house. This service was not booked, but we wanted to go the extra mile.

It’s common for first cleans to take a lot longer.

The results were excellent. Weeks later he commented to say how much cleaner the glass stays using pure water over traditional methods with soap used in the past.
